Got my new 'Borsa a mano'
Just received my new 'Borsa a mano' from Incontri Boutique. It's super nice, looks just like the pictures. Ordering was easy and it got here pretty fast for coming from Italy. I'm happy with it.
Good quality, delivery took a while
I ordered a pair of 'Pantaloni a sigaretta' from Incontri Boutique. The website was easy enough to navigate to find what I wanted. The pants themselves are well-made; the fabric felt high quality, what you'd expect from a luxury boutique. Sizing was accurate based on their chart. Delivery, though, took about 10 days to get to me in California. I did use the tracking link provided, which was helpful, but it still felt a bit slow compared to other international luxury stores I've used. Customer support was responsive when I inquired about the shipping status, replying within a day. Overall satisfied with the purchase quality but prepare for a slightly longer wait for delivery.
Nice sweater, shipping could improve
I grabbed a 'Maglia in cashmere' during their mid-season sale. The sweater itself is really soft and looks great, definitely worth the price I paid. The selection of brands is impressive too. My only small issue was the shipping time; it took just over a week to arrive. Not terrible, but I've had faster. Still, the quality of the item makes up for it.
